Livingston Penn (born January 15 1986) better known by his stage name “T-Plus” is an artist destined to prove his unique talents. As music discovered him he began to mold himself into the sound you hear before you.

At the age of 12, T-Plus moved to the United States with his mother and two sisters in a pursuit of a better life, as he got older he began to develop an interest in music rapping, writing, and making beats for artists. By 2001, he released his first album “Luv of the Game,” which headlined in his community, followed by a follow up album titled “2nd Verse,” which gave him the recognition he needed to take his music career to the next level.

In 2003 by the age of 16, he was signed to record label (M.A.D.E Records) and started doing shows performing at various clubs and concerts, sharpening his skills on the mic. With M.A.D.E. Records releasing a Mixtape called “Made Squad,” T-Plus was quickly given the image he was looking for.

Forming his own company called Tha Bureau, T-Plus went on to produce countless albums for himself and others including: Guess who made it out, In My Street Clothes, Phenomenon, Throwback Files The Mixtape, Algebra, and Bout Time Vol.1, to name a few, and he worked with many artists and producers including: Amoure, A-Dub, Jago, Lil Flick, Jaye Cush, Keem Hype, Chilla Jr., and Tuff Luck, amongst several others. Traveling overseas, he performed at the 2008 Turks and Caicos Music Festival where he shared the stage with Lionel Richie, T-Pain, T.I and Ne-Yo.
