Mr. Gregory Lightbourne is the grandson of the late veteran Parliamentarian, Gustarvus Lightbourne. He was born under the Gemini sign in the nation’s capital of Grand Turk; the year was 1967. After attending the Oseta Jolly Primary School, Mr. Lightbourne went on to graduate from the Clement Howell High School.
His strong entrepreneurial spirit saw him establishing his own heavy equipment rental company in 2002.
Mr. Lightbourne is no stranger to community activism having represented Blue Hills in the 2007 General Elections. He was also appointed The Junior Minister for Works and Utilities. In 2008, he became the Minister for Natural Resources.
He is a member of the Bethany Baptist Church of Blue Hills.
