On Wednesday August 8th 2016, defendant Alden Durham of Caicos Beach Club Resort Ltd. was scheduled to appear in the Providenciales Magistrate’s Court to answer to complaints filed by the NIB for failing to pay nis contributions and additional charges as an employer in the amount of $5,702.90.
The defendant did not appear and the matter was adjourned for mention on Thursday, September 22nd 2016.
