The business community is reminded that the Hotel and Restaurant (Service Charge) Ordinance 2018 and the Hotel and Restaurant (Service Charge) (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 will take effect as of February 8, 2019. The Employment Services Department urges business establishments to register at our offices in Providenciales and/or Grand Turk.
Registrants are encouraged to register their Service Charge Distribution schemes with the Employment Services Department as early as possible during the month of February 2019. Forms are available at our office and staff will be available if you have any questions.
