GENERAL SITUATION: Saharan Dust over the Turks and Caicos Islands will contribute to hazy skies while reducing chances of shower activity across the islands today.
SPECIAL WARNINGS: A Saharan Dust Advisory is now in effect for the Turks and Caicos Islands. Air Quality Index (AQI) will be Moderate to Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups, and visibility may be significantly reduced in some areas. People with respiratory or heart disease, the elderly, and children should limit prolonged exposure by remaining indoors and wearing masks during this event.
