After an in-depth investigation by the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RTCIPF), the charges of Burglary, Theft and Handling Stolen Goods have been laid against 42-year-old McAllen Bright of Kew Town, Providenciales.
The charges are relating to an incident, which is alleged to have taken place on Saturday November 30, 2013 at a home in Kew Town, Providenciales.
Bright appeared before the Chief Magistrate Clifton Warner in the Magistrate’s Court Number One in Providenciales yesterday (Tuesday December 03, 2013) where he entered a not guilty plea to all charges.
Bright was later released on one thousand five hundred dollars bail and is scheduled to appear in the Magistrate’s Court on Thursday March 20, 2014.
