Colleagues from across Pelican Energy TCI came together for the company’s Annual Energy Star Awards, celebrating the exceptional employees whose leadership, dedication, and service continue to power the organisation.

This year, 37 employees received a remarkable 49 awards across five categories: Outstanding Leadership, Outstanding Performance, Community Service, Special Recognition, and Most Valuable Player (MVP).

The honourees represented every area of the company—from Corporate Services, Generation, Transmission and Distribution, and Customer Experience to our Sister Islands—demonstrating that excellence exists throughout the organisation.

Leading this year’s Outstanding Leadership category were Callis Jones (Supervisor), Bradley Jules (Manager), and Nicquel Garland (Director), recognised for their ability to inspire confidence, empower their teams, and lead with purpose.

(21) Twenty-one employees were honoured for Outstanding Performance, while MVPs—Joanna Wilson-Forbes, Yuan Sayao, Sanderlye Methelus, Audea Simpson, Lillian James, Ariel Clare, and Brenton Smith—were celebrated for their unwavering reliability, initiative, and readiness to go above and beyond whenever called upon.

The energy provider proudly recognised its Community Service Award recipients: Claudia Munnings, Monique Delancy, Kristien Simons, Mervin Forbes, and Ladonna Bassett. Their commitment to giving back reminds that Pelican Energy TCI is more than an electricity provider—they are a valued partner in the communities we serve.
