The National Insurance Board on Friday September 23rd 2016 saw defendant Romeo “Ron” Higgs appearing in the Providenciales Magistrate’s court to answer to an application for a writ of execution filed by the NIB for the levying of $5,500.00. The matter was set for trial on October 27th 2016.
