CIBC FirstCaribbean Bank, the largest regional bank in the English and Dutch speaking Caribbean, has announced a special Valentine’s Day package for its customers across its 100 branches and offices.
Trevor Torzsas, Managing Director of Customer Service Management and Strategy, has announced that the bank, which serves over half a million customers, will be hosting its largest-ever Customer Appreciation project with a Valentine’s Day event at every one of its branches.
Daniel Farmer, Managing Director for Retail Banking, said it was the FirstCaribbean’s way of saying ‘thank you’ to its customers for making the bank their preferred financial institution. He said the bank’s customers were fiercely loyal and the bank wanted to do something special for them.
In addition to refreshments and promotional gift items, CIBC FirstCaribbean’s basket of Valentine’s Day goodies would include double points for Valentine’s Day credit card purchases and 500 bonus reward points to the first person to receive an approved credit card. The bank was also offering any customer with an approved auto loan, who took an additional complimentary product, a reduction of 50% off the loan fee.
