In news just coming to hand, police in St.Vincent will now have to search for clues as to who left a baby wrapped in a blanket and placed in a plastic bag on the streets of Kingstown.
Reports are that the discovery was made a short while ago in the vicinity of the Income Tax building in the city.
Unconfirmed reports are that the baby was found by a vagrant who was at the time searching a garbage can. Further reports are that the infant’s umbilical cord was still attached.
